Cancellations and Refunds Deposits are refundable through October 3, 2007 less a $75.00 per person administrative fee. Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days, the charge will be $100.00 per person. Cancellations received 30 days or less will be charged $250.00 per person plus actual expenses incurred in canceling. Responsibility Accent on Golf and/or its agent’s act only as agents for the owners and operators of transportation, accommodations, services and facilities and its/their responsibility is limited to that of any agent. The transportation companies are not to be held responsible for any act, including acts of God, omission or events during the time the passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passage contract (when issued) shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation carrier and the purchaser and/or the passenger.
